रुचिका केस में आज एसपीएस राठौड़ के खिलाफ आत्महत्या के लिए उकसाने की एफआईआर दर्ज की गई है. राठौड़ पर छेड़खानी मामले में सजा के बाद दो और एफआईआर दर्ज हो चुकी है लेकिन किसी मामले में राठौड़ जेल गया ही नहीं.
हमारा सवाल- राठौड़ सलाखों के अंदर क्यों नहीं?

Dhaara 306 IPC ki FIR par hi Rathore ko kaanunan arrest karna uchttam Nayalaya k nirdesh anusaar vidhi sammat nahi hoga aur arrest karne par usko jamanat milne ki sambhaavna adhik ho jaayegi.
Vidhi sammat hoga ki sakshya ekatra karne k uprant prima facei FIR k tathyon ki pushti hone par Rathore ko arrest kiya jaaye tabhi uski jamanat bhi nahi hogi...jaisa ki SP Panchkula ne bhi kaha hai.

problem is not of rathore.main thing is tht our system is corrupt. 90% of political leaders r corrupt. y do criminals,murderers, n ppl who hv cases on them get into parliament?
rather fault is of ministers , high ranked IAS officers like rathore r only to serve the corrupt miniters. why blame rathore? real criminal is the govt, congress n INLD who was in power in haryana.

congress is a corrupt party who plays gud politics for votes. prices of common things r touching sky. no electricty at all in haryana. all the electricity goes to rohtak where the CM of haryana belongs to and delhi coz congress rules in delhi n haryana so bhupinder huda is just a puppet in sonias hand as like manmohan singh.
